The paper "A Case Study with Wild Atlantic Spotted Dolphins, Animal Behavior and Cognition" is published now in the Journal of Animal Behavior and Cognition. The paper includes less technical detail than my thesis and is written for the Biology Crowd. The main focus is on developing software and tools that enables biologists to perform pattern discovery experiments on behavioral data.
